Refund Policy

At Chopsticks Gully, we strive to provide delicious food and excellent service. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please review our refund policy:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Incorrect Order: If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately. We will either replace the item or issue a refund.
  • Damaged or Spoiled Food: If the food you receive is damaged or spoiled, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence before issuing a refund or replacement.
  • Late Delivery: If your order arrives significantly late due to our fault, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

Non-Refundable

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for orders placed correctly and delivered as expected.
  • Partial Consumption: Refunds will not be issued for food that has been partially consumed.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
